Boosting youth entrepreneurship in the ghettos
UpToYouToo is all about equal chances of youth in developing countries for sustainable economic and creative independence. Therefore we support youth groups in Nairobi through Youth Initiatives Kenya (YIKE).
YIKE trains youth groups in entrepreneurial skills during a three year program. The training spans from basic financial management in the first year to the writing of business plans and marketing in the last months. Through the support of Dutch corporate sponsors 16 youth groups currently follow the YIKE program.
